The purpose of this scope of work is to procure design services for the creation of design package for a single-family home and an accessory dwelling unit utilizing 3D concrete printing technology ("project"). The single-family home and accessory dwelling unit will be located on a City owned residential parcel located at 2709 E Monument Street Colorado Springs, CO 80909. project scope The designer shall coordinate all design work with the designated City Project Manager. The project will be split into three phases. If funding is available and the products produced by the design team is of acceptable quality as determined by the CDD in is sole and absolute discretion, the design team selected for Phase I may be authorized to complete the work for Phase II.
