Renovation of a water / sewer project in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of retrofitting arched and hinged fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) covers over the top of each launder trough for all three secondary clarifiers at the Loveland Water Reclamation Facility located at 920 S. Boise Ave in Loveland, CO. The launder covers for SC 1 and SC 2 will be fabricated from two separate covers: one arched cover over the launder and one arched cover over the area between the launder and tank wall due to the offset dual weir configuration of secondary clarifiers 1 and 2. SC 3 will have a single arched FRP cover installed on the inboard launder.
