Site work for a civil project in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Contract term: Eight (8) months to Substantial Completion County(ies): Bronx, Kings, Nassau, New York, Queens, Richmond, Suffolk Location: 10-50 50th Avenue Long Island City, NY 11101-5817 Lindi Construction Group Inc. is seeking MWBE & SDVOB Subcontractors to work with us on this project, Tunnel Preservation at the Queens Midtown Tunnel. This project is scheduled to be completed in 8 months from the starting date. The scope of work for this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following summarized tasks: Drag clean roadway drainage troughs in the Tunnel (North and South); Pressure washing of roadway drainage troughs and surrounding surface; curbs, safety walks, bench walls, and catwalks in the Tunnel (North and South); Drag clean and pressure wash roadway drainage troughs at Manhattan Exit Plaza; Drag clean and pressure wash roadway drainage troughs at Manhattan Entrance Plaza; Drag clean and pressure wash roadway drainage troughs and clean four (4) manholes at Queens Plaza. Note: Subcontractors should be registered within the state of New York. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: January 20, 2025
