Notice is hereby given that Miami County, Indiana, by its Board of Commissioners (BOC), will receive sealed bids for the following Hot Mix Asphalt Paving Projects. Wallace Ave from SR 19 to SR 124 and Riverside Dr. from Peru city limits to Wallick RD The Board of Commissioners may accept or reject any bids and may waive bid irregularities. Bids awarded on December 5, 2022, around 10:30 a.m., at the Board of Commissioners meeting. This work shall consist of one or more courses of HMA base, intermediate, or surface mixtures produced and placed in accordance with2022 INDOT Specifications Section 402 with exceptions as noted herein. The surface course shall be a minimum of 165 pounds per square yard. All mixtures must be produced by an INDOT Certified HMA plant in accordance with a Quality Control Plan approved by an INDOT District Division of Materials and Tests.
