Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Norwich Township, Ohio. Working plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center; clubhouse / community center; swimming pool; restaurant; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Plans consist of a facility to bring together wellness, education and complementary clinical services, along with other community programming and classes. Medical, health and wellness services and programing planned for this portion of the building include same-day immediate care, orthopedic immediate care, orthopedic and sports medicine providers, arthritis care and behavioral health. Other services include acupuncture, chiropractic care, therapeutic massage, nutrition counseling, osteopathic manipulative therapy and lifestyle medicine. The center also will offer outpatient rehabilitation, such as physical therapy for geriatric rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, aquatic rehabilitation and orthopedic wellness screening. Additional plans call for education, health and wellness learning such as family care provider training, community health profiling and training, and Hilliard School District student shadowing for health professional career exposure. Other amenities include a 25-yard pool, recreation activity pool, indoor walking track, 240-person community events room, gymnasium, and fitness and weight room. The center will total 85,000 square feet and also will include non-traditional spaces such as a meditation room, cafe/juice bar, community garden, outdoor patio and a green room/technology space. As of January 24, 2022, this project is in design. Ground breaking for the Recreation and Wellness Center will be in the spring with construction going through 2025.
