Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a 15,290-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 109,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Renovation and Addition for Wellness & Recreation - Clark Hall (Project 281014-00) Project 281014-00 is for the comprehensive renovation of Clark Hall gymnasium building, constructed in 1937, is a 109,000 GSF, three-story building. The work includes replacement of all interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The Project will also include a 15,290 GSF, two-story addition to provide first floor lobby space and second floor recreation courts as well as a new geothermal well field. The Project will include the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements. Note: The Fund will be awarding one (1) Construction Manager contract inclusive of services for the three aforementioned projects. Construction duration from the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion of the construction contract is approximately fifty-five (55) months (fifty-two (52) month construction duration plus three (3) month closeout period) Est.value - $95,837,000 Submissions should emphasize the firm's significant past experience in providing construction phase CM services for public institutions and institutional clients in a complete and expeditious manner.
