Renovation and Addition for Wellness & Recreation - Clark Hall (Project 281014-00) Project 281014-00 is for the comprehensive renovation of Clark Hall gymnasium building, constructed in 1937, is a 109,000 GSF, three-story building. The work includes replacement of all interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The Project will also include a 15,290 GSF, two-story addition to provide first floor lobby space and second floor recreation courts as well as a new geothermal well field. The Project will include the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements. Note: The Fund will be awarding one (1) Construction Manager contract inclusive of services for the three aforementioned projects.
