Renovation of a mixed-use development in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete interior renovation at both City Hall located at 500 Donald Street E and the Whalen Building located at 34 Cumberland Street North, Thunder Bay, Ontario for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Contract Documents. The work will be completed in two phases. The intent is for the City department to move into the newly renovated space phase 1 when completed. Phase 2 will occur after spaces have been vacated at City Hall. 1. Phase 1 - Interior renovations at Whalen Building. 2.
