Scope of Work: The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and other incidental items required at various Developments to prepare substrate and the application of corrosion resistant coating as indicated by the Authority. The work is to include, but is not limited to providing epoxy flooring work as outined in the contract: 1. Basement floors; 2. Boiler and tank room floors; 3. Corridors; 4. Refinishing, and minor touch-ups; 5. Replace all related missing items with new items; and 6. Legal disposal of all removed items and debris.
