Renovation of a municipal facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
22OP04-05 - Interview Room, and 22OP04-06 - HR Offices. The administrative offices require the transformation of two spaces. First, at the Human Resources department, two offices need to be subdivided into two, in order to have four new spaces, and second, outside the training room, a new interview room needs to be created. The offices at the HR department require the demolition of partition walls and the suspended ceiling. The existing baseboards need to be removed and returned to the TZ. New partition walls, new baseboards and two new doors will be necessary for these new four spaces. New ceiling grid, tiles, light fixtures and mechanical components are required as specified on the plans. The existing doors will stay in place and/or relocated to the new location. Each office must have two double receptacles and three Ethernet data jacks (CAT6). Fire sprinklers will need to be relocated and/or installed by TZ. The interview room is enclosed by a glass partition wall with a lockable door. The existing ceiling baffles will need to be removed/adjusted. The room will require three extra double receptacles and two sets of three data jacks. A new suspended acoustical ceiling and light fixtures. Mechanical layout will need to be adjusted in order to supply/return air.
