The proposed work consists of: The furnishing of labor and equipment for the demolition of 161 Cherry Tree Lane. Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the Township. This structure has sustained extensive fire damage and presents a hazard to the community. The Township intends to use its authority to demolish the building for the safety of the public. Contractor to obtain all demolition permits from the Township Building Department and utility companies, disconnect all utilities per Township and utility company specifications, remove all hazardous materials from structures, demolish structures, remove and dispose of all materials per Township requirements (including recycling of certain materials), fill all excavated areas and the existing swimming pool with certified clean fill material (fully compacted in 12-inch lifts), properly grade the lot to generally match existing slopes so no drainage issues are created, topsoil, seed & mulch the entire disturbed area of the lot.
