These systems include replacement of direct expansion condensing units, with a new central chilled water plant. Additionally, scope includes replacement of a majority of the air handling units and zone level equipment. (The chiller and air handling units are being direct purchased by Owner). The Architectural portion of this project supports mechanical work, including roofing work, a temporary masonry opening for mechanical access, and installation of new louver in existing masonry cavity wall. The Electrical portion of this project supports mechanical work, including providing power to the new central chilled water plant. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Base Bid submitted, made payable to the Owner.Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is incomplete or irregular, the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and the right to accept a Bid which in the Owner's judgment is in Owner's best interests.
