The Town of Collingwood will be seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the provision of a Pre-fabricated Industrial Pumping Station (IPS) for the Raymond A. Barker (WTP) Expansion. The Town of Collingwood is seeking to pre-purchase and free issue a pre-fabricated Industrial Pumping Station (IPS) to a General Contractor as part of Contract 2 (New Plant) for the expansion of the Raymond A. Barker WTP, with AECOM, SWEL and Ainley completing the engineering design and contract administration services for the Town of Collingwood. The target date for construction commencement of the Contract 2 (New Plant) is Fall 2023 with installation of the pre-fabricated IPS being one of the critical early tasks needed on the project. As a result, this RFP will need to close by December 21, 2022. This project advance notice is to give potential bidders advance notice of the project posting.
