Site work and renovation of a civil project in Emerson, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The water treatment plant (WTP) expansion is planned to be constructed adjacent to and on the north end of the existing treatment plant. The proposed WTP improvements are planned to include a replacement gravity filter unit, chemical feed equipment, backwash surge tank, metal building expansion, VFD's on the wells and high service pumps, replacement well, electrical and controls. The new well will be constructed with a pitless unit and adjacent to existing well 80-1, which will be abandoned. Opinion of Probable Cost $2,000,000.00
