Rehabilitation of the existing backwash reclaim system including but not limited to sludge pumps, sludge intake system, decant intake system, instrumentation and controls, electrical work, sludge piping, tank concrete repairs, tank lid replacement with hollowcore roof, installing bollards, tank coatings, and appurtenances and/or equipment supporting the new system. The scope includes new sludge pumps, re-alignment of discharge piping, backwash system bypass, new electrical connections and controls, and temporary construction to support installations and improvements. An abstract of the amounts of the base Bids and alternates (if any) will be made available to the Bidders after the Bids have been opened. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked CASTLE PINES NORTH METROPOLITAN DISTRICT: CPN BACKWASH RECLAIM TANK REHABILITATION. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of twenty (20) days after said closing time.
