Renovation of a residential development in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition of three (3) existing boilers, associated hot water piping (within boiler room) and venting. .2 Installation of three (3) new condensing boilers, one (1) low loss header, nine (9) circulating pumps, three (3) expansion tanks, and associated piping/fittings. .3 Contractor to make provisions to provide temporary heat to existing domestic hot water and/or basebuilding hydronic heating systems should turn-over period duration exceed eight (8) hours. .4 Temporarily capping existing natural gas lines in boiler room. Reconnect natural gas lines to new flexible connections on boilers. .5 Supply and install new wiring and disconnects for new boilers (3x) and associated pumps (9x) complete with all required trim. .6 Demolish non-potable cold water make up piping within room, including but not limited to the following equipment: backflow preventor, expansion tank, air separator and pressure regulator. .7 Modify existing domestic cold water entrance piping. Demolition of existing domestic hot water storage tank, domestic hot water storage circulation pump, domestic hot water recirculation pump, heat exchanger and all associated domestic hot water piping within boiler room. .8 Installation of new indirect domestic hot water tanks, domestic hot water recirculation pump and associated piping.
