The Peninsula Housing Authority (PHA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Eklund Heights Subdivision located on 7th Street off of N. Gales Street in Port Angeles. The purpose of this project is to provide utilities and driveway accesses as needed to serve the proposed 13 lot Eklund Heights Subdivision. Proposed improvements include installation of a new sewer main with associated services, water services from an existing water main, electrical utilities, driveway approaches to the lots and patching roadway and sidewalks where needed for installation of utilities.
