Apollo Mechanical is issuing public notice for an invitation to bid for Mechanical and Plumbing subcontract work for the new Rainier Beach High School, utilizing the Subcontractor bidding process in accordance with RCW 39.10.380. This is a phased, new build 295,000 square foot high school. Apollo Mechanical requests proposals for mechanical and plumbing sub tiers: o BP#1 - Insulation and Heat Trace o BP#2 - DDC Controls o BP#3 - Test and Balance o BP#4 - Fire Caulking Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Apollo Mechanical reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
