Renovation of a municipal facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia wishes to retain the services of a general contractor to remove, seismically retrofit and reinstall the west & middle portion of the front entrance stairs of the Parliament Building. This will require the removal and reinstatement of mechanical and electrical components underneath the stairs. In addition, removal of the existing caulking and re-caulking on the east portion of the stairs will be required. Award amount was not released for publication.
