Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Langruth, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,930-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for all that is required for the construction of a parking garage, office space, and workshop to be built as an addition to the existing garage structure at the Portage la Prairie Customer Service Centre. All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydros determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process: Proof of COR or equivalent certification, as determined by Manitoba Hydro Question Acceptance Deadline: 2022/12/10 12:00:00 AM CST Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
