Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tamaha, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Town of Tamaha is accepting bids for phase 1 of restoration of old Tamaha School building. A brief description of the project can be found below. For a more detailed project description, contact Michelle Stallard: 918-490-3470 HVAC: 1. Central Heat/Air: Two 5-ton 14 SEER heat pump systems. Mechanical closet with platform for each side. Installed in an up flow application with flex duct in the ceiling and return air under platform with filtered grill. Carpentry: 1. Remodel 2 bathrooms to provided state ADA requirements, to projected floor plan. 2. Replacement of 4 exterior doors with repaired framing where needed. 3. Replacement of 29 windows and reframing for new sizes. 4. Replacement of missing or failed floor joist, subfloor, and final 3 inch tongue and groove floor to match original flooring. Uncover and refinish all original flooring. 5. Repair of damaged ceiling. 6. Removal of old paneling and repair/refinish wall with drywall/ texture. 7. Replacement of damaged base, trim and seven new 36” interior doors. 8. Paint walls, trim, and ceiling. Exterior Concrete Work: 1. New/repair concrete of sidewalk for handicap parking accessibility to ramp. This work is being completed in cooperation with the State Historical Society and all materials and plans will need to be approved before work begins. We have a set budget and all work may not be able to be completed in first phase. No work will be paid until job is completed.
