BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK The scope of work consists of the preventive maintenance of the following air conditioning equipment: air condensers, monobloc roof air conditioning units, split air conditioning units with or without air duct, computer room air conditioners. The contract also includes repair work at an hourly rate for the following air conditioning equipment: heat pumps, air-cooled condensers, monobloc rooftop air conditioning units, split air conditioning units with or without air duct, computer room air conditioners.
