Lamar-Dixon Expo Center is requesting proposals for a quarterly preventative maintenance and 24/7 emergency repair services contract on all chiller plants, air conditioning & heating units, and exhaust fans. Failure to submit the required number of copies may result in a finding of non-conformance. Originals should be clearly marked. Electronic Request for Proposals are accepted electronically, however, seven (7) hard copies must still be submitted within 24 hours of the Proposal submission deadline. All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via purchasing@apgov.us by 4:00 PM on November 25, 2022. Responses will be coordinated with the RFP Coordinator and posted by 4:00 PM on December 1, 2022. The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit an RFP due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any responses to Bids, Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals for just cause.
