Fairfax County Public Schools conducts all procurement activities in accordance with delegated authority from the Purchasing Agent of Fairfax County Government. Bids and proposals in response to FCPS solicitations must be submitted electronically through Bonfire on or before the date and time stipulated in the solicitation. FCPS strongly encourages offerors to submit proposals well in advance of the proposal submission deadline. A proposal submission is not considered successful unless all necessary files have been uploaded and the 'Submit & Finalize' step has been completed. Offerors are responsible for the consequences of any failure to plan ahead in the submission of its Proposal. In accordance with the following and in compliance with all terms and conditions, unless otherwise noted, the undersigned offers and agrees, if the proposal is accepted, to furnish items or services for which prices are quoted, delivered or furnished to designated points within the time specified.
