Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Facilities Management invites Pre Selected companies from Stage 1 to bid on this Stage 2 process for project ADC Lobby Renovation located at Salt Lake County Metro Jail, 3415 South 900 West, South Salt Lake City, UT per the attached specifications. Only those companies who were qualified in Stage 1 will be allowed to bid on this stage 2 of the process. Proposers interested in attending this meeting must complete Attachment Exhibit A, Jail Access Application. 1. Please fill out this form in its entirety 2. If history is found and isn't listed it could be considered an attempt to be fraudulent which may preclude the individual from jail entry for up to two years. Be honest not everything will be cause for denial of entry. But we will decide. 5. Please "Wet Sign" the document 6. Please include a legible color copy of the front of your driver's license for submittal. Attendance is not mandatory, but it shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to attend this conference. Bidders not attending do so at their own risk. The written questions submitted, along with any other additional information pertaining to the clarification of specifications, will be discussed in detail at this conference. Bidders shall thoroughly familiarize themselves with this solicitation document including specifications prior to attending the conference.
