Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Collierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work generally consists of the installation of permanent bank stabilization, and removal and replacement of the eroded walking trail and other work as called for in the contract documents as required for a completed project. Stabilizing the embankments and bed of the stream will be required with the installation of Armormax material and Scoulok units by Propex. Minor clearing may be required in order for the contractor to establish a working platform for the installation of bank stabilization. The WORK required under this CONTRACT includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment and other items for construction improvements of the EASTBROOK GREENBELT TRAIL BANK STABILIZATION, complete in every detail, ready for the TOWN's beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the CONTRACT drawings. The site is located within Cox Park and along the Eastbrook Greenbelt Trail, Collierville, TN. The PROJECT shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Clearing and Grubbing 2. Grading and Excavation 3. Trenching, Backfilling and Compaction 4. Other Related Items Liquidated Damages: $750 per day
