Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Homer Glen, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Veterans Memorial design build project. Located within Homer Glen Heritage Park, the Veterans Memorial will consist of design and construction of approximately 1600sf of brick pavers, installation of 7 flagpoles, 11 monuments, 8 statues, lighting, sidewalk and landscaping/beautification. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the Village or the Department of Labor, or as determined by the Court on Review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work as indicated in the special provisions to the specifications. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. The project consists of the design, material procurement and installation of a Veterans Memorial within Heritage Park. Work shall include, but not be limited to, all necessary research, field inspections, and topographic surveys necessary to design and install the proposed Veterans Memorial in Heritage Park. The Veterans Memorial must meet the requirements detailed in Appendix A and should comply with the current editions of: - Illinois Department of Transportation - Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction - ADA Accessibility Guidelines - Illinois Urban Manual
