Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Frank, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

a) The project is the demolition of structures and the removal of all debris and garbage from Public Land, located at SE22 TWP14 RGE 2 W5M. The old structures and the general area is deemed to be unsafe. b) The project site is adjacent to Highway #22 approximately 2.5 kilometers south of the intersection with Highway # 532. . There is a large pile of gravel across the access road to deter vehicles and the public from accessing the area. c) The area has 3 buildings that are still standing and on the verge of collapsing. The description of the buildings property are: a. South Building 4m X 4m; the Middle building 15m X 6m; North Building 8m X 3m. b. There are 3 other buildings that have collapsed; 1 small garden style shed North end of the property; wooden fencing, 1 deck and foundation from a mobile home, several power poles that are not owned by Fortis. c. The area is scattered with general garbage and each building contains general garbage. Utilities have been disconnected, but the applicant will be responsible to ensure they are disconnected and remove any infrastructure that is not owned by the utility companys. d. There is a gravel access road from Highway #22 to the mobile home area that is approximately 100 meters long by 12 meters wide. This is to be removed and area to be de-compacted. All items are to be removed from the property and disposed of at an approved land fill. e. A barbed wire gate on the East side of the property will be required that is in line with the existing fence. d) The objective is the demolition of the structures and garbage from the land locally known as the Grandal Property and removal of all associated demolition materials and garbage from Public Land in a safe, and environmentally safe manner. e) The Proponent will be required to determine if there is asbestos within the structures and if so will be required to manage and dispose of these items according to the appropriate Provincial Legislation. f) The Proponent will be required to adhere to any conditions as determined by the Municipal District of Ranchland. This permit will be made available, via email, at the request of the Proponent. g) Photographs of the project will be made available, via email at the request of the proponent. h) All documents provided will be used solely for the purpose of providing a bid on this request for proposal. All emails with requested documents will be deleted by non successful proponents. The successful proponent will deleted the emails and related documents provided. i) Activities will take place during dry or frozen ground conditions and activities will be suspended during not frozen or dry ground conditions
