Project Description: The District is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to short list qualified firms to perform Engineering design related services based on the Districts needs. The District will select consultant firms based on their qualified expertise to perform engineering design services. Upon final selection, a short list will be established and an Agreement will be issued to the selected firms for a two (2)-year period (April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2025). Each qualified firm would still be required to submit a proposal for each project and, if accepted, a Task Order will be issued under the Agreement detailing the specifics of each project. Note: Each Task Order issued under the Engineering Design Services Agreement will be limited to $100,000 or less. Vendors may submit qualifications for as many or as few of the categories/disciplines as they are qualified. For instance, if your firm provides Pipeline Design Services and Sewage Lift Station Design Services, your submission should include qualifications for Category 1 and Category 3. If your firm only provides Electrical Engineering Services then only submit under Category 5.
