The Town of Erie is soliciting bids from contractors with prior successful project experience in stream bank restoration and protection projects. Contractors on the Mile High Flood District Project Partners pre-qualified Contractors list under Category 1, and other contractors with the requisite project experience. Contractor must have experience in heavy construction work in and around streams and rivers to restore and install bank protection, be able to obtain and correctly administer all required permits, and have the ability to correctly install and maintain erosion control, sediment control, and water control measures.
