Dear MATOC Contractors: Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Contracts, Numbers W912QR-20-D-0021, W912QR-20-D-0022, W912QR-20-D-0023, & W912QR-20-D-0024, Multiple Award Task Order Contracts for the IDIQ Design/Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction Services for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries. We request you submit a proposal for the DLA Fire Station Alerting System, as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, and specifications posted on www.Sam.gov. The documents are available for download on the Sam.gov website only. All vendors must be registered in the SAM database. The RFP can be found by logging into the website as a vendor and searching on the solicitation number W912QR-23050848. The cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 PLEASE NOTE: This is for Design Build construction services only. The basis for award of this task order is lowest evaluated price (base plus options). Please complete the price breakout schedule and include a labor category table demonstrating the use of the binding rates included in your MATOC contract. The submitted price breakdown should include sufficient detail to allow the Government to verify that your proposed price incorporates the binding rates from your base contract. Any level of effort shown in the submitted information will not be used for evaluation purposes and will be used only to ensure that the proposal is in compliance with the binding rates from the base contract. The Government will review all past performance information available for the MATOC contractors on the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), using all CAGE/Unique Entity Identifier numbers. The Government will review all past performance information collected and determine the quality of the MATOC contractor's performance, general trends, and usefulness of the information and incorporate this information into an overall performance confidence assessment. The Government will assign a performance confidence assessment, using the ratings in the enclosed Performance Confidence Assessment table, based on the MATOC contractor's recent performance documented in CPARS.. OFFEROR'S QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS Technical inquiries and questions relating to proposal procedures or bonds are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at http://www.ProjNet.org/ProjNet. As noted below, offerors shall not submit their proposals via ProjNet. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the provisions stated in the solicitation. To submit and review bid inquiry items, bidders will need to be a current registered user or self- register into system.
