This work is to be performed during regular business hours (except for emergency service calls). Qty Unit Make 1 Condensing Unit Carrier 1 AHU York 1 Boiler Raypak o Inspect overall operation of covered equipment. o Check air filters (or clean if permanent). Replace filters bi-monthly. o Check condition of drip pans. Recommend cleaning if needed. o Inspect blower, evaporator coils, and condenser coils for buildup of dirt or debris. o Clean evaporator coils and condenser coils annually. o Check cooling controls for proper operation. o Check tension on belts and adjust as necessary. Replace belts annually. o Check refrigerant and oil levels. o Visually inspect electrical connections and tighten as necessary. o Check thermostat and time clocks for proper operation. o Check heating controls for proper operation. o Inspect heat-exchanger, baffles, and flue. o Check gas piping and related shut-off valves at unit. o Grease all zerk fittings.
