For gravel, stone, gas, oils, and lubricants, aJong with bituminous materials forthe year 2023 forthe use by the UnionCounty Highway Departmentpecifications for these items reflecting estimated quantities and required delivery times are available. Form 95 including Non-Collusion Affidavit prescribed by the StateBoard of Accounts. Said form may be obtained at the Union County Highway office, in Liberty, Indiana. Each bid shall be accompanied by a surety bond or certified check in favor of the UnionCountyCommissioners in a sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the contract price but in no event shall such bond or check be less that $500.00 and shall in allrespects conform with the submit performance bond if required by the Board. Materials to be delivered F.O.B. Union County Highway Garage, Liberty, Indiana or F.O.B job site as designated by designated by county highway supervisor. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
