As of May 6, 2024, construction has commenced and all trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Work Scope: Emerick, as the GC|CM, is seeking subcontractor bids for the Evergreen High School and Union High School Music Room Additions project. Evergreen HS Music Room Additions 3,600 sf Estimated cost is $4.7 million The schedule for this work will start March 2024, with a substantial completion of December 2024 and a final completion of January 2025. Union HS Music Room Additions 5,000 sf Estimated cost is $4.7 million This solicitation is for a public works project and is subject to Chapter 39.12 RCW regarding prevailing wages. All bids shall comply with the requirements of Washington RCWs.
