Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Cranston, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Work of this Contract in general comprises of removing the existing membrane roofing to existing wood deck and installation of new EPDM membrane roofing system with tapered insulation and new aluminum fascia. Existing roof heat trace shall be removed to existing power source and new installed as indicated on the drawings. New heat trace shall be low voltage and connected to existing power source at each building. Project will be constructed under a single lump sum prime contract.
