A single entity will be selected for the Project. Project Description: Construct Escalon High School Track Renovation ("Project"). The estimated total cost of the Project is $2,336,036.00 Dollars. This estimate is based solely on the Architect's most recent estimate. The Lease-Leaseback instrument will not include preconstruction services.
