Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Raton, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a library; swimming pool; theater / auditorium; and for outdoor lighting for a library.
For Regional Aquatic Center, Shuler Theater and Library Lighting Retrofit Project. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the instruction to bidders. The work shall generally consist of retrofit of existing exterior mounted lighting all the way around the Regional Aquatic Center, Shuler Theater, and Library where applicable and interior exit lighting, retrofitting existing lighting, and legal and proper disposal of existing fixtures and fluorescent bulbs. Replacement shall include provision and installation of all retrofit lighting components and appurtenances and electrical/ structural modifications required for a functional operational system.
