Reference number : 1663824 Review Title : Qualification of contractors specializing in glass partitions Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-12-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the list of qualified service providers (in months) 36 The Qualified Supplier shall provide the labor and materials to perform the commercial and institutional glazing work to meet the fit-up and/or remodeling needs of the Owner's assets. The value of projects awarded to Qualified Suppliers will primarily be less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) each. Non-exhaustive description of certain standard work required: Supply and installation of glazed partitions (see example of project 555 in Annex VI); Supply and installation of decorative glass panels (see example of project 591 in Annex VI); Supply and installation of aluminum door frame with acoustic performance (example for information purposes only: 600 series from Alumico, 40 series from AD Prévost or equivalent) (see example of the security project in Appendix VI); Supply and installation of aluminum door frames and electric strikes; Supply and installation of interior windows with acoustic performance (see example of project 560.17 in Annex VI); Supply and installation of tempered glass of various thicknesses and dimensions (see example of project 560.23 in Annex VI). All work will be carried out in one or more buildings in operation.
