Refreshing of Wireless Network Infrastructure Components The responses will be provided in an addendum and posted on the School District's website. The last day to ask questions is DECEMBER 2, 2022, at 3:00 PM . In the event of a discrepancy in documentation posted in multiple locations, the controlling (master) document will always be located at the School District's website. Prevailing Wage Rates: Pursuant to California Labor Code Section 1773, the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California has determined the generally prevailing rates of wages in the locality in which the Work is to be performed. Copies of these determinations, entitled Prevailing Wage Scale, are maintained at the State of California, Department of Industrial Relations website. Copies of wages may be requested from the PURCHASING DEPARTMENT Director and are available written upon request. The Contractor to whom the contract for the Work is awarded shall post a copy of all applicable prevailing wage rates for the Work at conspicuous locations at the site of the Work. The Contractor and all Subcontractors performing any portion of the Work shall pay not less than the applicable prevailing wage rate for the classification of labor provided by their respective Workers in the execution of the Work. Any prospective proposer wishing to submit a proposal for this RFP must be present for the scheduled site walkthrough. Bidders who fail to attend will be deemed nonresponsive. It shall be the full responsibility of all proposers to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above office by the time and date stated. It is the Proposer's responsibility to allow for sufficient time for mail. The School District will not be responsible for late deliveries by U.S. mail or any other means. Facsimile (fax) or email copies of the proposal will not be accepted. Any proposal not received by the stated due date and time will be returned to the proposer unopened and the proposer will be considered nonresponsive. Any nonconforming or incomplete documents or proposals may be deemed nonresponsive and rejected. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the proposal process. No proposal, or any portion thereof, may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the proposal due date.
