Renovation of a transportation facility in Gainesville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
**As of March 23, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work shall include the replacement of two air-cooled chillers, primary and secondary chilled water pumps, and modifications to the HVAC controls. The existing hot water heating system boiler shall be replaced with two high efficiency condensing boilers. The hot water distribution pumps will be replaced with variable speed pumps to match the increased capacity of the Boilers. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms are encouraged to participate. The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
