LAST DAY TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS Wednesday, December 21, 2022 The Housing Authority of the City of Winston-Salem, NC is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment, and perform work necessary and elevator upgrade at Healy Towers located at 3450 Healy Drive, Winston-Salem, NC. All work shall be completed according to the scope of work, contract plans and documents as prepared for the HA. All bid documents shall be placed in sealed envelopes and shall be labeled as follows; Bid Documents, Bid No. HAWS IFB No. 22-1120 HAWS, the bidders name and, the Date and Time for receipt of the bids (Monday, January 16, 2023 at 2:00 PM (EST). Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or Bid bond issued by a guaranty company authorized to carry on business in the State of North Carolina, in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the sum of the total bid amount, including any options.
