The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority (FKAA) is seeking a Firm to enter into a contract to provide Construction Management Services for the Islamorada Transmission Main Replacement. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to have the successful firm enter into a Services Contract with the FKAA to supply services as outlined herein. When submitting Proposal, respondents are required to enter a value of $ 0.00 on the bid line item to ensure the submissions remain secured from access until the deadline for submission has passed. Proposal packages must be uploaded as supporting documentation. Question Deadline 12/22/2022 Correspondences for additional information must be submitted electronically. The scope includes Construction Management Services for the Islamorada Transmission Main Project. The project includes three phases: Phase 1 - Subaqueous Crossing at Tea Table Relief, which is approximately 840 LF of 42-inch diameter HDPE water main. Phase 2 - Generally consists of installation of approximately 4 miles of a 36-inch diameter steel water main via open cut construction including all valves, fittings, air release valves, maintenance of traffic (MOT) and restoration activities. Phase 3 Subaqueous Crossing of Whale Harbor Channel near MM 84.
