Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Oregon Military Department AASF #1 REEP Salem, Oregon Seismic and Facility Upgrades. This Bid Package of the OMD AASF #1 project includes both structural and non-structural seismic upgrades of the Deibert Flight Ops Building and Hangars 1 & 2 including but not limited to plumbing, mechanical, and structural. The main flight operations building and two hangars will receive seismic improvements, plumbing & Mechanical improvements, roofing and siding improvements, and a new pre-engineered metal building will be constructed to cover the existing fuel island. Project Schedule: Work is scheduled to commence January 17, 2023 and be Substantially Complete December 1, 2023. Substitution requests must be received in the office of the Project Manager no later than Tuesday, December 6th, before 4:00 PM local time.
