Kingstree High School, West Campus 2. Kingstree High School, East Campus 3. Greeleyville Primary School 4. Greeleyville Elementary and Middle SEALED BIDS, shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid pledging that the bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner for the terms stated in the bid. Both Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price. All bonds shall be a surety Licensed in the State of South Carolina with an "A" minimum rating or performance and financial strength of at least 5 times the contract amount, including add alternates. All bonds shall be accompanied by a power of attorney authorizing the attorney in fact to bind the surety and certified to include the date of the bond. Bids are due on date and time as noted and will be publicly opened at the stated time and place. Bids received after this time will not be considered.
