The Woodlands Township is soliciting competitive, sealed bids from general contractors who would provide interior construction services for the renovation of its Townhall Administrative Office located at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd, The Woodlands, Tx 77381.The project scope includes but is not limited to the build out of approximately 13,000 sq. ft of office and workstation space. Contractor is required to provide The Woodlands Township a payment/performance bond in the full amount of the contract prior to the commencement of work, with premiums fully paid in advance by the contractor. The bonds will be on forms and drawn on sureties acceptable to The Woodlands Township and are included in the total project cost (s). Any questions about the meaning, the intent or the specifications must be inquired by the Bidder in writing by 5:00pm CDST on Friday, June 28, 2024.
