As of December 13, 2022, project was awarded to P B Hoidale Co Inc, awarded amount is $83,379.04. FB Fuel Canopy Replacement Approximate award date 12/13/2022 09:00 AM (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) Provide labor, material, and equipment to replace fuel island canopy, 28' wide and 30' long, 7710 SW Blvd, as per specifications. Provide labor, material, and equipment to install six (6) LED lights underneath canopy as per specifications. BID SECURITY in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the bid MUST be submitted with each bid. Bid Security shall be by a Bid Bond written by a Bonding Company approved by the United States Treasury Department and licensed to do business in the State of Kansas. Bid Bond submitted to the City Purchasing Manager prior to bid opening. Bid Bond envelope must be marked "BID BOND ENCLOSED", reference the formal bid number and the due date. PERFORMANCE/MAINTENANCE AND STATUTORY BOND, acceptable to the City of Wichita, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract must be furnished by the successful vendor.
