The Division of Facilities Management, Department of General Services currently maintains twelve (12) County-operated swim centers. It is the County's intent to enter into a contract with a complete full-service contractor specializing in swimming pool maintenance and repair services. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and tools required to perform the services described in this solicitation in accordance with the Specifications contained in this document. The contractor may also be required to services, as needed, County fountains. The County requires the Contractor to comply with ADA 2010 Revised Requirements (Attachment J). Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: Three 1-Year Renewals
