Bids will require a 10% Bid Bond. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the Contract price. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages apply to the project. No bids may be withdrawn within 90 days of the bid opening The Bidder, in accordance with the President's Executive Order 11246, will be required to ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin in employment or the provision of services. This bid is for a public works contract and the bidder is subject to the provisions, duties, obligations, and penalties of the Public Works Employment Verification Act. All bids shall be accompanied by the Public Works Employment Verification Form and Non-Discrimination Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all items, or portions thereof, or to waive any technicalities and informalities in the bid for the best interest of the Owner.
