The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) requires a Development Partner to serve as a co-developer for the redevelopment of the Sibley Townhomes ("Sibley"). DCHA seeks a Development Partner to serve as a co-developer for the redevelopment of the Sibley Townhomes ("Sibley"), an approximately 0.64-acre site consisting of 22 existing ACC units inclusive of adjacent 0.95 acre parking lot as well. The properties are located in the Northwest One neighborhood of Ward 6 in Washington, DC ("the Site") and the goal is to redevelop the sites into mixed income or affordable housing. Duties will include, but not be limited to, planning, financial management, costs analyst, and the hiring of specialty consultants. o Site B: Sibley Townhomes ("Sibley"): approximately 0.64 acres, 22 existing units o Site C: Sibley Parking Lot ("Sibley Lot"): approximately 0.95 acres, 0 existing units.
