The project and construction budget as listed in this RFQ is estimated. This project scope will include but is not limited to improving and upgrading Plumbing Systems at the Veterinary Medical Hospital. The Architect/Engineer ("A/E") will prepare the POR as an Additional Service. The proposed project delivery method for this project is General Contracting. The university reserves the right to add, modify or delete scope or buildings as noted in the RFQ. For projects advertised with an appropriately developed Program of Requirements (POR), upon award of the Agreement, commence with Design. For projects without such a POR, upon award of the Agreement, commence by developing the Program of Requirements.
