The City of Toccoa is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms interested in providing architectural and engineering services for the design of a new annex addition at the historic art deco 1939 Ritz Theatre. Conceptual Design Renderings have been completed. Proposer will use renderings to draft design built drawings. This new theater annex addition will include an expanded lobby, concession stand, merchandising stand, bathrooms, storage, ticketing, balcony access, and more. The annex addition at the Ritz will serve as the new entryway into the historic theater. This Project is made possible by grant funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission and USDA. The project cost is estimated at $1.2M. The City of Toccoa (The City), considered the "Owner" for this solicitation, is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms interested in providing architectural and engineering services for the design of the new approximately 5,900-square foot 1.5-story Annex Addition to the Historic Ritz Theatre.
